1-phase is sufficient whenever all spotlights should be switched on/off together. One circuit in the track, one switch for everything - simple and cheap. You need 3-phase only when you want to dim or switch three lighting scenes separately (e.g. base + accent + wall wash). In living spaces 1-phase is usually the right choice, in retail often 3-phase.
VYSN offers its own 1-phase tracks in 1m, 1.5m and 2m lengths, each in black and white. The adapter is also compatible with third-party 1-phase systems, as long as the standard (polarity, grid size) matches.
Yes, via the feed dimmer. Since only one circuit runs in the track, you dim all spotlights together. Depending on the model, check which dimmer type (leading-edge or trailing-edge) is compatible.
